Students cheat on first day of Matric exam all over Karachi

Despite implementation of section 144, cases of cheating have been reported in many examination centres
The city administration implemented Section 144 across examination centres in the city to prevent any act of cheating by students during exams.

This section prohibits the presence of irrelevant people in the vicinity of the examination centres.

Additionally, all the photocopying shops surrounding the centres will remain closed, and students appearing for the exams are prohibited from bringing cell phones to the centres.

But despite all these measures, cheating during examinations was reported in some examination centres.

Students were seen copying text conveniently from their textbooks on to their exam sheets allegedly with the help of invigilators.
