LAHORE: Central leader of Pakistan People’s Party Aitzaz Ashman Monday left for Mohali, India to watch the Pakistan-India semi final to be played in Mohali on March 30, Geo News reported.
Aitzaz Ahsan along with a 12-member delegation, proceeded to Mohali, India from Vahga Border route.
Talking to Geo News, he said the outstanding issues between India and Pakistan must be resolved so that bilateral trade could be boosted and poverty eliminated.
The delegation comprised President Pakistan Women Cricket Association Bushra Aitzaz, former PCB chairman Shahryar Ahmed with his wife, former ambassador Anisuddin and industrialist Yavar Ali.
Atizaz also stressed that the visa policy between Pakistan and India must be eased to allow movement of maximum number of people across the borders and foster an atmosphere of friendliness.
